Some cool looking new apartments (West 6th Tempe) have been built up in Tempe, AZ – luxury units that range from $945 – $1,995 depending on how many bedrooms you’d like.
An article at azcentral.com reports that a leasing office is about to open and developers are hopeful the space with fill up fast.
Apparently, the towers were begun, but then the housing market crashed and new developers picked up the project after the first batch filed for bankruptcy.
The first tower is reported to be on track for an August 1, 2011 move in date.
